Events are added automatically from the #eventstaffing channel — ticketing manager is the person who posted. Use Edit to set or correct venue, manager, date, or time.
Auto-added from #eventstaffing and refreshed monthly; edits write via event_update(). Events without a venue need one pinned before geofenced check-in works.
Venues · geofence pins
Add or update a venue pin. In Google Maps: right-click the exact spot → click the "25.1972, 55.2744" numbers at the top to copy → paste into Latitude (it auto-splits). Radius is the geofence the staff check-in must fall inside.
Writes via venue_upsert(). Saved pins are immediately selectable when you Edit an event above, and become the geofence the staff app checks against.
Onboarding & consent
New part-timers who registered and accepted the terms in the check-in app. Approve to move them from pending to active.
Reads onboarding_list(). Emirates ID shown as last 4 digits only. Approve / reject writes via staff_set_status().
Staff feedback
Feedback submitted by part-time staff from the check-in app — experience, payment, event-specific, or anything else.
Reads feedback_list().
Live geo wall · today
Reads checkin_wall() from Supabase (today's check-ins). Emirates IDs are never exposed to the browser — only names + status.
